While we hope you love your jewelry, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. Return Conditions: • Item must be in original, unworn condition, with all packaging, certificates, and documentation intact. • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
